Story

Get to Know Us

iNDy Earth Foundation was born at the intersection of story, science, and lived experience.

For years, our founder watched families struggle silently—children misunderstood in classrooms, parents blamed instead of supported, adults masking their true selves just to survive in systems not built for them. As both a clinician and a parent, she saw a pattern that statistics alone couldn’t explain: when one person in a family is neurodivergent, the entire family feels it.

Yet too often, support ends with a diagnosis—or never begins at all.

iNDy Earth was created to address what gets missed in traditional systems: the human side of neurodivergence. The conversations that don’t happen. The parents navigating exhaustion and guilt. The siblings adapting early. The adults realizing—sometimes decades later—that they were never “too much,” just unseen.

The foundation’s name reflects this truth. iNDy represents neurodivergent identity—individual, diverse, and powerful. Earth represents grounding, connection, and the roots we all share. Together, iNDy Earth stands for building spaces where people no longer have to mask, explain, or apologize to belong.

Our work bridges communication, education, storytelling, and advocacy. We use film, media, and community-based programs to translate clinical knowledge into real-life understanding—because information alone doesn’t change systems, but stories do.

At its core, iNDy Earth exists to remind families they are not isolated cases—they are part of a much larger, often invisible community. One that deserves language, support, and dignity. We believe healing happens when people are seen.We believe understanding grows when stories are shared.

We believe the earth is strongest when every root is allowed to grow.
