 About Our Founder

Christine HS.jpg

Christine Evette Giles is a visionary leader, minister, writer, creative producer, and licensed speech-language pathologist dedicated to building systems where neurodivergent individuals and families are fully seen, supported, and empowered. She is the founder of iNDy Earth Foundation, a nonprofit organization bridging therapy, storytelling, faith, education, and community advocacy to transform how neurodiversity is understood and supported.

With over a decade of experience working directly with children, families, and schools, Christine has witnessed firsthand how systemic gaps—not individual differences—create barriers to access, equity, and belonging. Her work is informed by both professional expertise and lived experience as a neurodivergent woman and mother navigating educational, healthcare, and social systems that were never designed with neurodiverse minds in mind.

As a minister, Christine teaches and leads every Sunday, offering spiritually grounded messages that center healing, identity, grace, and purpose. Her ministry work is deeply connected to her advocacy, emphasizing compassion, restoration, and the belief that every individual is created with intention and value.

Christine is also a writer and creator of original film and television projects including Therapy Ties, The Clinic, and the feature film LINGO. Through these projects, she uses storytelling as a tool for education, representation, and cultural change—bringing neurodivergent and underrepresented experiences to the forefront in honest, human, and accessible ways.

Through iNDy Earth Foundation, Christine merges clinical insight, creative storytelling, and faith-centered leadership to support community initiatives, educational programs, and media projects that promote communication access, inclusion, and generational healing.

She is also the founder of Creative Therapy Works and Adonai & I Productions, and the author of Adonai & I: Crossing Out Me on a Journey Beyond the Why. Across all of her work, Christine’s mission remains consistent: to dismantle limiting narratives, build supportive systems, and affirm neurodiversity not as a deficit—but as a vital expression of the human story.
